Hi, and welcome to the Living With Lizzie site where you will find information, tips and more importantly support for living with an Ilizarov frame. 

 

Everything on this website is from my own experience or from research I have done whilst dealing with wearing an Ilizarov frame myself.  When looking online for some support I felt that there wasn't much available and the only comfort was from some inspiring blogs I found.  So I wanted to create one space that could provide information and support for others wearing ilizarov frames.
