I found there wasn't a lot of support online which is the reason I started this site.  So I hope this site has helped in some way but if you need some more information or support I have found the following;

1. The site provided by the hospital is the ilizarov support page, however this seems to be very outdated  http://www.ilizarov.org.uk/

2. Facebook have a great support group which has helped me so much I would highly recommend.  If you search on facebook for ilizarov/taylor spatial then the group will come up

.

3. Instagram is another great way of seeing other peoples journeys and give you some inspiration.  You can find my insta page under nataliesianburnham.
